Job Description

Job Description: Identify psychological, emotional or behavioral issues and disorders, using information obtained from interviews and assessments. Develop and implement individual treatment plans, specifying type, frequency, intensity and duration of therapy. Discuss the treatment plan with clients, families/guardian and treatment team. Utilize professional counseling to individuals and groups regarding problems in order to modify behavior and / or to improve personal, social and vocational adjustment: Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling and treatment planning and modify as necessary. Provide written document of counseling sessions, assessments, Interventions and recommendations to meet requirements for client’s needs: Maintain case records and reports: Lead group therapy discussions and communicate effectively: Maintain client confidentiality and prepare and present cases for review by supervisor.

Education and Experience: Must possess a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and have current license as LPC. Minimum of five years in counseling field.

Full time position

Pay range: $45,000.00 – $48,000.00
